Southern hemisphere winter, of course :-)
No idea what you have in mind, but everything will be open May-September at
least.

| It doesn't matter, it rains all year :-) But seriously, summer is the best time to visit - you can expect average temperatures of around 65-75 Fahrenheit, and the weather tends to be less changeable.
