Sounds like a brilliant idea.

What's the chances of splitting it into 2 (or more) smaller boxes, I
think that's what the American's have done. Either that or doing a cull at
the Fest - sticking useless bits into a seperate box, and anyone can take
those, and then keeping the good bits in the J-box and letting people trade
piece-for-piece for them.
