  Re: Lego for sale

(...) What's the 8863? I can't find a reference for it in Lugnet or Brickshelf. Is it a typo? This may not be everyone's view, but I've posted wanted pleas in loc/uk myself. I find that it's the only way I can make contact. The Lugnet terms of use (...) (24 years ago, 28-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Lego for sale

I'd prefer it if people didn't mind us posting for-sale / trade messages in .uk. I do browse the BST newsgroup, but there's very little (if any) UK stuff in it... Anyone need any town minifigs at the moment? I've just inventoried my spares.... I (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Lego for sale

Perhaps BSTs should be allowed to be posted in L.L.UK if they were prefixed with [BST] in the subject line, e.g. Steve's sale would look like: '[BST]Minifigs For Sale'. LMKWYT Nicholas Allan "Steve Burge" <steveb@ubistudios.co.uk> wrote in message (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) OK, let's talk about subgroups of .market.* -- I gather you want a specific area that you can call UK-specific? I wonder how many other countries would want this? (AU and probably CA come to mind.) --Todd (24 years ago, 30-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.admin.nntp)

  Re: Lego for sale

(...) Hmm - placing it is a tricky issue. I don't think it needs separate auction/shopping/buy-sell-trade divisions, but if you put it as a sub-division of the existing auction/shopping/buy-sell-trade groups then that's what it would be - split. Sorry, but this is a "me too" post. I agree with the Right Hon. Mr. Wilkes PM KBE RSVP and PTO. Three groups would definitely be overkill, one group would work fine.
