You *will* be able to get the VAT back if you purchase it from Legoland
Windsor, and they have forms for doing so, either at the cash register
or from customer services.
I think someone posted recently about Dixons doing sales on them, and if
you find one in whatever area you are, pop-in and check. I am not sure,
however, how many non London-area Dixons would have VAT refund forms
available, but...Dixons do have an outlet at Heathrow Terminal 3. I
don't work there anymore, so couldn't tell you if they have the set,
or how much it would be, but may well be worthwhile visiting if you
do purchase one from a normal Dixons shop, if you didn't manage to
acquire a VAT form thingie. You could ask them about getting the
VAT done, showing them the receipt.
