do you think a reasonably good condition and boxed 7745 with transformer is
worth £60? I looked at it last night, and although the seller is including
some other lego (small amount) I am in two minds as to whether its worth that
sort of money? I was thinking about splitting it for parts, but as its boxed
and complete this seems a shame.

Any comments appreciated?

Jason,

I concur with Lawrence on this. 60 UKP is a great deal for a 7745. Check teh
German version eBay; there have been several for sale recently at much higher
prices.
