   I am about to buy a massive collection of lego from someone. Unfortunately, there are no boxes and all the lego is mixed up.       Mark, I've found this is one of the BEST ways to buy Lego, unless of course you're expecting complete sets out of it. I but mixed lots a lot (pun? not intended!) on eBay in the hopes of finding the rare pieces from the late 70's/early 80's that I (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

     I just bought a mixed lot of sets of a market stall (about 10 or so) and had a great weekend rebuilding them - If you like building with lego, you'll enjoy building all those old sets, so it's worth the money. I now only buy bulk LEGO whic is in good condition, clean & cheap. Normally, I search the bulk lot before I buy for (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
