For purely selfish reasons, I'd like inclusive too. Something like:
1) All people of <specified area> are automatically granted membership
2) Anyone else is welcome to apply, as long as they have a reason why they
should be granted membership.
I don't personally envisage a horde of unpatriotic foreigners wanting to
infiltrate UKLUG, so it might be a lot easier and friendlier to design the
system with that in mind?
Ie - if someone wants to join then is it fairly safe to assume that it would be
for mutual benefit, regardless of their location/nationality?
