The busy Bee debate promoted me to relate the tale of my local Wokingham, a
resonable size town in a very afluent area.

It comes to something when the biggest stockist of Lego here is Tesco. And
thats not much - very little in fact.
The only toyshop in town has stopped selling lego completely due to lack of
sales.
The only other alternatives are supermarkets and Woolies.

I guess the real competition comes from Entertainer in Camberley or Reading,
several miles distant, or Toys R Us in Reading, and John Lewis.

I would love to support my local toy shop but if they dont stock lego its
pretty hard.
There is a small toy shop in my village but that only sells star wars, and
very limited range of other stuff (less than tesco) but at stupidly high
prices.

regards
lawrence
