Sorry if this starts to sound like a me too but!

Thanks to Simon for hosting the event !

Pinboard idea with photos and names will help me fit those names to faces
who I forgot within the first five mins.

Whatever happened to the idea of the UK map with where we live and were the
helpful Lego shops are located, I think it may now be useful due to the
larger no of folks attending the fests for organising car share etc and/or
choosing locations for future fests.

Well it appears noone else has posted yet so I can be the first to
say Reddifest was brilliant and thanks Carbon for organising it.
Some of the models people had on display were very good
- especially that large terminus station by - er - was it Lawrence?

Seconded. Hopefully, I'll have a decent MOC next time, instead of just
lots of track. Does a layout of track on the floor count as a MOC? :-)

And my thanks to Simon and his family for organising the event too 8-) A
hall is exactly what we need for these fests!!!

And good to see so many people - I think that was the first
LegoFest I went to that there were enough people there
that I actually left not knowing who everyone was! So hello to
everyone I hadn't met before!

Yes, it was great to put some more faces to names, and meet some new
names as well!

How about a pin-board at future fests with photos and names of attendees?
I've usually forgotten someone's name within 5 minutes of meeting them...

Thanks to Carbon for organising an excellent bash. Definitely an
increase in the UK fest stakes :-)

Here, here...

The problem is, I think we're going to need a hall for all future fests
now :-)

What's the problem? Or do you mean "have we got enough 9v track to fill a
bigger hall"?!? ;-) It's a challenge, but I'm up for it!!!

Jono.

BTW:

BTW2: can someone remind me who had the lapel pins? I know that Phil bought
a couple - I just wanna keep track of what went where ;-)
