Year 2000 Catalogues reach Edinburgh. That Star Wars bucket looks great!
I was just joking about the bucket. Does it really exist?
Some points:
Why the CD on the front cover? I'm sure to most of TLG's target audience CD
= music? A graphic like the one on page 20 would be better.
Why are instectoids still in it? These are now almost non-existent in shops
now?
Why are ZNAP still in it. This stuff does not even sell when it is on
clearance now.
Why the Scala figure on the cover, but no Scala inside?
I loved the plugging on non-selling sets on the last 3 pages!
Duplo
Eggs - Good
2400 - Wheels bad
Toolo - hmm
Phoo -ditch this stuff
Train - what happened to the sets Huw let us see last year? I've got a kid
with a full piggy bank waiting on that one.
Lego
Soccer - This looks good. other than the game. A Scotland and England Team
Bus. There are going to be a few versions of these world-wide I think?
Starwars - Page 40-41, what a dull layout.
5600 - Why?
The best part about the whole thing is seeing the RR, SW and 8448 still in
the current line up - and we got them all at half price!
