Looks very good.
A couple of suggestions though. Firstly, I'd echo Larry's point
about frames - but more than that, I can't see any reason why
this page should use frames at all. Doesn't look like any of
the frames will need separate scrollbars. Wouldn't using tables
be better?
Secondly, the text in the gif files isn't particularly easy to
read. I know it looks artistic but something that is more like
a standard text font would make the site a bit easier to
navigate. (Personally I'm not a great fan of wrapping text up
into gif files anyway - always strikes me as unnecessarily
eating bandwidth. But perhaps if you want those brick images
there anyway it won't make much difference in this case?)
Yuo probably need a bit more small text to explain things - but
I guess you're intending to add that. For example, something saying
why you've picked BB and the Entertainer in particular to advertise
and emphasizing you're not connected with them.

| I've got a working prototype of the website online. (URL) worry those frame colours aren't there to stay - it's to highlight where they are - that page is displaying 5 webpages at once. Feel free to dig holes in it, that's what it's there for. I (...) (25 years ago, 1-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
