I also happen to classify them as a Space theme.
</CONTROVERSY>

No controversy. There are no spaceships, therefore they is not space :-)

Quote from NZ catalog:

"DANGER IN THE UNDERGROUND
The Rock Raiders land on a strange planet of boiling hot lava,
Wild rivers and mean Rock Monsters. See the full story in the
cartoon inside the boxes."

therefore it must be space exploration.

Rebuttal: There are no spaceships, therefore they is not space :-)

Cars carried across the Channel in ferries are not called boats, and are
generally not nautical in any way.

Thus, Rock Raiders are carried to alien planets in spaceships, where
they then perform their mining activities. Underground. Not in
spaceships. They are not a space theme. QED :-)

(...) So sets 6821, 452, 493, 886, 889, 6952, 6989 are not part of Space? How very interesting. Steve (25 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
