Yes, I actually read it in the transcript itself, thanks for posting it here.
Years ago I did write to LEGO about it (online) but received no reply. Since
then I got used to our appalling LEGO pricing and representation in Israel.
It's certainly time to write them again, Lego Direct has evolved much in the
passing years, but I still think there's a long wait ahead of us - The market in
Israel is just too small for them to bother.
Still, we have to let them know!

p.s.
1) I think you're talking about Lego Direct and not Shop@Home.
2) Has anyone seen Lego Mindstorms products in
Israel, or the 8455 Backhoe Loader?
I was asked if they can be bought here and I think the answer is no.
3) I remember checking the Israeli Customs site when I started buying LEGO
online and saw that the custom on toys was 17%. I never got charged for it and I
don't know if it was changed - any new information?

| Hi everybody, I don't know if anyone still reading this since the last post here was 8 monthes ago, anyway I was yesterday in the chat with Jake Mckee (his nick name is Sink) from LEGO and this is what he said: [architect] ok, Yaron [Webrain] Hi (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jan-04, to lugnet.loc.il)
