Thanks for John and Adam for your comments. Again, we sincerely hope that lego play area will be available next year in Calgary. If NALUG can be there also, displaying those wonderful trains and bridges and buildings again , that would be a great (...) (24 years ago, 22-Feb-02, to lugnet.loc.ca.ab)

We weren't sure what you mean by your opening comments. In all fairness, we do not mean to be negative in accusing Edmonton group. But we just want to find out why. And more importantly, how can we make the lego available next year in the train show (...) (24 years ago, 21-Feb-02, to lugnet.loc.ca.ab)

We were in the Calgary super model train show today and was glad to see two families put up lego trains in the show. In fact, one family ,Shawn Nilles(?) won the runner up display for the train show. Although the lego trains lack creativity, ie , (...) (24 years ago, 18-Feb-02, to lugnet.loc.ca.ab)

There was discussion between NALUG in Edmonton and the newly formed SALUG in Calgary, and it was decided that neither group was able to participate this year, unfortunately. Next year's show looks promising though. ~Adam (...) (24 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.loc.ca.ab.cal)

Does anyone know whether any lego train will be in the train show on Feb 16 and 17 in Calgary Big Four building? We have not heard anything from anyone in Alberta discuss about it at all. We assume not? (24 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.loc.ca.ab.cal)

Hi All: In case you hadn't seen any of the ads, the Calgary Science Center has a Lego Underwater exhibit happening between January 19 and sometime in March. From the promo photos, there's a lot of Water-related builds. Just so you know! (24 years ago, 20-Jan-02, to lugnet.loc.ca.ab.cal)
