(...) No, I haven't seen it in a Zellers period (ever). I just assumed it was out of their price range, since they only seem to sell the <$100 sets. For the record, last year Sears put the 4561 on sale at 50% off ($89 IIRC) after Christmas, so I (...) (22 years ago, 11-Dec-02, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Greetings, I was out shopping yesterday and noticed a bunch (maybe a dozen) of 3038 (spider slayer), an older Technic set at the Zellers in Bedford Place Mall. New flyer received late this week had an assortment of sets rolled back to $54.86 CDN. Most or all of the sets MSRP for $50 US according to the set reference guide. Hello again, I forgot to mention that I motorized all the switches for the train yard. Nothing fancy, like no mindstorms involved, but I built 5 different version to test and they worked well for the display, because they would have been hard to (...)
