Re: blue tubes 3033 in Vancouver and Lego from Germany in return

(...) Zellers and Toys R Us have those big tubs in stock. I'm not sure if you'll find 20 all in one store, but there are a few of those stores throughout the Vancouver area. I believe they are regularly priced at CDN$24.99, and if you're lucky, you (...) (23 years ago, 6-Aug-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.bc.van)

  Re: FOTW: Patience Does Pay

(...) Wow. That's a great deal. I found a bunch of XWings for $70 but $12 certainly takes the cake. It's a neat set with a lot of good parts! (...) 20 bags plus a 6x16 tan plate and I think a couple of 1x16 bricks. Sticker sheet and manual. IIRC. (...) (23 years ago, 5-Aug-01, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Re: new lego sets? are they crazy?

(...) I agree with the people who think lego should keep Jack Stone as a DUplo set or something on that order, and still have a town or city theme for older people, say from ages 10-up. they shouldnt kill the popular town theme for a newer theme (...)   List of stores selling Lego?

Has anyone compiled a list of stores selling Lego in Ottawa? I think it would a useful resource for collectors. I think it would be great to set up a list of stores, including info such as price, selection, typical dates for sales, etc. -GG. (23 years ago, 4-Aug-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott)
