Oooh I remember seeing that in 98. I have a photo too of it somewhere,
should scan it in..
Its a full sized model of the sable cars that run between Singapores main
island, and a place claled "Sentosa Island" which is kind of a theme park /
tourist attraction.
I spent hours in the pools there just to get relief from the humidity
(there's no escaping humidity, not under trees or anything).
