It is only a local call if you are in Sydney and not from NSW more generally.
I don't have a problem with them wanting Steak n Kidneysiders to make a local
call, but I think it's a bit rude to hide the 1800 number from the rest of
NSW.
I must admit I sometimes lookup Qld-but-not-Brisbane phone numbers under
different states to see if there are 1800 numbers or 13 numbers etc.
