I just recently won something on ebay... at a rather nice price but the chick who I won it off not only wants to charge me for postage but also a handling fee of $7 USD. I have NEVER had someone charge me that before... Is this allowed??? Mel (24 years ago, 24-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)

No, nothing in her description and she allowed overseas transactions, and was delighted to hear I was from Australia haha... I just don't understand the Handling fee thing... I think she was more grrr at the fact that no-one else bidded on the (...) (24 years ago, 24-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)

(...) I've seen this once (it was actually stated in the description). It wasn't something I really wanted, so didn't bother asking. Basically, I think the seller is allowed to charge any fee they want to, but they should clearly state this in the (...) (24 years ago, 24-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)
