Thanks Lindsay,
overseas posts are always welcome here, especially ones with kind offers.
Maybe we should appoint one person here as the conduit, to minimise your
effort in packaging and running about the countryside.
$US just involves a trip to post office here and no-one here will quibble
with throwing in extra for your trouble.
