Did I miss something about black & yellow x-pods????

So I went shopping today, someone told me they were looking for a couple of
black x-pod sets, so I said I keep my eyes open. So I went to K-mart, (my local
K-mart only ever had the first 4) and it had about 20 or so each of red, green
and blue, but no black (or yellow).
Then I tried TRU, and they had at least 10 of every colour except black &
yellow!! Did LEGO Australia lose a container load of black & yellow x-pods or
something? Has anyone else noticed this apparent discrepancy?
