I notice that the cheapest Harry on bricklink is 30c while the cheapest JJB
is 65c. The cheapest Timmy is 70c, so it may well be that Harry has become
the lowest of the low.
Even in the HP range, Hermione is available from $1.50, Ron Weasley from
75c, Draco $1.25.

It's not just the hair cut, it's the lightning scar head that gets me. It's
pretty hard to re-use a lightning scar head for anything other than Harry
Potter.

Yes, with a variety of head transplants, the school uniforms are very
reusable in any Town-like setting.
