I gave up on the Wishbook years ago. When I was a kid (70's) it was a special occasion with more toys I had never seen before than I could imagine. Of course, back then toy stores seemed a rarity as well and who could even imagine something like (...) (17 years ago, 28-Aug-07, to lugnet.loc.ca)

I cannot believe it, but it is true. I get home to see the Sears Wishbook. And just like I always do, I opened it up to the back and look at the toys. This past weekend, August 18-19, QuéLUG was participating in a train show at Exporail - the Canadian Railway Museum in St-Constant, Québec. We had a 8'x45' layout (2,5 m x 13,5 m) featuring 3 train loops, 1 monorail loop, rural, residential and (...) This is my most recent tube train. I haven't had much time to build recently so I've been putting more stuff online. The Standard tube stock dates back to the 1920s.
