Went there yesterday when it was dull and dreary, on the way back from a
short holiday in the Cotswolds.
The Wave Racer is 'opening soon'
The LEGO Racers and Creation Centre are a LONG way off being finished. I am
no expert, but I would imagine it will take a few months at least to get
from the steel shell that is all that is in place now to a finished
building, let alone kitting out the Creation Centre exhibits.
The Millennium Dome model is in place, and pretty impressive. It dwarfs
Wembley Stadium!
In the shops:
Loads of Soccer tie-in stuff like kit bags, caps, pencil cases, badges etc.
Exploration Mars and Ultimate Accessory Kit were there, 50GBP each, and the
LEGOLAND game was available (anyone seen any reviews of this?)
A neat line in enamelled keyrings and badges in many designs
AAT and MTT were there, priced 17 and 40 respectively (I didn't buy, I have
them from Germany)
There was an offer on the RoboRiders: buy one, get a free box of discs.
