In the past it was off and on for Technic parts. But up untill this new
thing opens the selection was very slim pickings, they average selection was
6 bins or so.

It is birck and color combination. Each brick in each color will count as
one. BUT - for what its worth I was told the person in charge of this will
try to get some of the less common colors more than the common ones like
white, blue etc. But again, we shall see.
