Thanks to René, Huw Millington and Thomas Woek for providing lots of good
places to try out. Anyone else looking for a place to stay in the future
might also be interested, so here's a summary of what I learned:
The most comprehensive list is the Guenzburg-Database for hotels and rooms:
http://host3.guenzburg.de/home.php?m=5&pageid=23 (If this location changes
in the future, you can also get there by starting at www.guenzburg.de, and
clicking "Tourismus", then "Übernachtung".)
Hotel Mercure was also suggested, it wasn't in the list above, but here's a
