One of the interesting ones was for a designer for a new line of "girl" toys.
Here is part of the description:

Crafts, to Accessories to Technology toys. Have you worked on the cutting edge
with exciting trends? Do you love to see your own concepts come to life? If
so, we want to talk to you. The ideal candidates for this opportunity will be
highly conceptual and have experience working on projects from concept through
implementation, be familiar with the manufacturing process of toy products
(for example, injection molding), have traveled and worked with vendors in US
and Asian markets and be able to communicate concepts in 2-D or 3-D. At least
4-8 years of experience working with Girls toy products or equivalent
experience a must.

I wonder what "girl...technology toys" are? And is girl technology different
from boy technology? I do think it's good that LEGO continues to try to get
more of the girls into the LEGO world, it's definatly a shame that LEGO is
stereotyped as a boy toy.

| I found extensive descriptions of two LEGO Direct job openings on Dice.com today. Perhaps someone is interested in applying, but maybe of more interest are the actual descriptions. I particular was happy to see references to "mass-customized (...) (24 years ago, 28-Jul-00, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.general)
