Looks like a great deal, but what's the catch?

I just got my cds in the mail.  I would strongly suggest that people NOT use
this offer.  I should have gone with my first instincts in thinking this was
too good to be true.  As it turns out, you get only the cds...no boxes or
instructions.  That would be ok if that's all there was that was wrong with
this deal.

But now I'm worried about how legitimate this deal is all around.  The cds are
not made by LEGO MEDIA...the do not have the color printing on their face that
other LEGO media cds have and I think they are burned onto regular CD-R disks
(slight tint to the cd surface).  The disks have the copyright info from TLC
and say they are "Distributed under license by CD Micro, Inc." but I am worried
these are pirated disks.  Could someone from TLC verify whether these are
legitimate?
