I called 1-800-835-4386 to place an order and got re-directed to
1-800-453-4652 and couldn't order any of the items I wanted (which show
up on the web site as available). It seems like this is the fulfillment
service. Is there a new way to get direct to the people who can handle
real oders?

I can't order the LSAH Special item from the LEGO web site (it is shown as (...) (23 years ago, 12-Dec-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
