Pizza To Go was available on the shelves. IIRC it was only available for a year
or two, but was a VERY popular set. I have 1 copy, and I wouldn't mind a few
more. Countless space minifigs of mine have enjoyed pizza on their long space
voyages because of that set :-) Ristorante was a Builders Club (Brick Kicks,
not Mania) exclusive for a while, and then I think it was made available in S@H.
