Several 1x1 plates from my mosiac kit had excess plastic around the base of the plate from the molding process.

| Quick note: I thought this was important enough to warrant its own thread. (...) I have had similar problems with a fair number of my newer pieces as well: they are too far apart, too loose, etc. I've also had a much larger than normal amount of new (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
