It's almost impossible for me to skip over this debate(?) without saying something. Rick Clark has nailed this directly on the head. In my opinion he is 100% correct. I was told by someone at S@H that the #ed SFs were pulled from the site because they are out of them in any country that had them EXCEPT the US.
