Re: LEGO Factory fulfillment is MAY 8 (was: LF Individual Parts Fulfillment)

(...) Thanks for the clarification, Kelly. I thought it was odd that we weren't hearing any response from LEGO {Steve Witt}, and now I realize that their post might not have been to .lego, where I would have expected it.. Regardless, I'm now looking (...) (20 years ago, 12-Apr-06, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego)

Re: LEGO Factory individual parts fulfillment

(...) --SNIP-- Here are my thoughts as the most recent person to kick up a fuss about mispostings of sales. Brief summary: don't worry, unless it's blatantly for your profit I'm unlikely to kick up any fuss ;) Long answer: I have no problem with (...)   Re: LEGO Factory individual parts fulfillment

(...) [snip] (...) This is a good question. I imagine this would be sort of case-by-case. Is there an existing history yet? I personally don't think such posts would be received badly unless they were annoying and obviously in one's own (...) (20 years ago, 9-Apr-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.lego)

Re: LEGO Factory individual parts fulfillment

(...) Not an official opinion (obviously) but I think your rationale is generally right, but it depends a bit on context. If I made a new castle creation using LDD and made a post that had a links to the BShelf gallery and the LEGOFactory page to (...)   Re: LEGO Factory individual parts fulfillment

(...) Hi Suzanne, This may have been discussed before. What is the posting etiquette for LEGO Factory creations? Can folks still use .announce.moc and a related theme (e.g. .space) or will they get flamed into having to post to something like (...)   LEGO and Eggo Waffles?

I just saw the end of a commercial on TV about LEGOs and Eggo Waffles. Can someone post more information about this? (21 years ago, 25-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: NXT Pre orders start April 1st!!!

Totaly agree.. In the netherlands it's 299 euro. 1 euro = 1.219870 usd and 1 usd = 0.819875 euro When i calculate 299 euro to dollar, the box cost 364 dollar. and otherwise 249 dollar = 204.15 euro......... that's a different of almost 95 dollar :-( (...) (21 years ago, 19-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: NXT Pre orders start April 1st!!!

(...) If I do it, I am going to find a third party to ship from the US to Canada because it is cheaper to do that and pay shipping, taxes and duty than it is for me to buy at the MSRP in my own country. Jude (21 years ago, 17-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: NXT Pre orders start April 1st!!!

(...) Agreed. I didn't realise this until today. The UK cost is almost £40 more than the US, but can't you just order from the states? Thomas (21 years ago, 17-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: NXT Pre orders start April 1st!!!

(...) Yeah well I know this has been said many times before, but I'm gonna keep saying it, and maybe one day something will change. I *WILL NOT* be rushing out to pay AU$430 for this set. And I think it sucks that there is still such a discrepancy (...) (21 years ago, 17-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.lego) !

Re: On not hearing from LEGO (Was: So, who IS in the MDP?)

(...) I personally know 9 people, with 7 different mail providers (this includes myself) who applied, received the initial confirmation, but never got a happy or sad confirmation email. I don't get very much spam so I employ the 'ol manual (...) (21 years ago, 11-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: On not hearing from LEGO (Was: So, who IS in the MDP?)

(...) Same here. I'm totally peeved about it. I actually setup a FILTER to flag ANY EMAIL with the words LEGO in it so I know I didn't get it. So I will assume it would have been just a bummer email but still, it wouldn't have been nice. Oh well, it (...) (21 years ago, 11-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

And as I *did* receive a "sorry try again next time" mail for my ambassador (...) (21 years ago, 10-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.lego)

Re: Introducing Your Cycle 3 LEGO Ambassadors

(...) Only for quite mind-boogling definitions of the term "globe". Ambassador-wise, half the globe is the US. Which might represent certain egos, but certainly not reality... Yours, Christian (21 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: Introducing Your Cycle 3 LEGO Ambassadors
