Dear David,
I'm sorry that you found your visit to the Orlando LEGO Imagination Center
to be less than fabulous. We realize that our Orlando store is starting to
show some wear and you'll be happy to know that we have scheduled a remodel
for this September! The work has already begun in the outdoor play area
with model repairs and cleanings, as well as new tarps, paint, etc. They'll
be some fun new additions to the store as well.
I was also disappointed to hear that certain elements were missing from the
play area (wheels, themed pieces, etc.). Although, pieces to tend to
disappear on a daily basis (wheels being the favorite) the store has assured
me that they are now fully stocked with an array of elements to build with.
I hope you will come back and see us soon. The remodel of the store should
be complete by mid-October - just in time for our 4 year anniversary!
Regards,
Brandy Haynes
