I like that idea.
But the number of different parts may be more than one bag’s worth (speculation
exists that there is a maximum number of different parts that can be placed in
one bag). Also there would need to be a general recalculation of the bag
allocations as right now they’re scattered throughout many different bags.
But it would be neat indeed.
I’d also suggest that the instructions be genericised so that any one of a
number of colors could be substituted in. This may make them a bit more
confusing for the younger crowd but a recolored set is pretty clearly targeted
at adults, ne? (I wonder how many kids not in AFOL households actually got the
Maersk schemed set... Many less than normal percentagewise, I’d wager)
