That LEGO would offer us the chance to do this is just incredible!
However, I too would like some official clarification on what is meant by 'dark
green' since that term has a history of inconsistent usage by S@H. Right now
shop.lego.com seems to use 'green' consistently for baseplates and bulk brick &
plate packs, but some of those same items (specifically, bulk bricks) in the
catalog are called 'dark green'.
If this is genuine 'dark green' of Gary Payton, Professor Lupin, and Bionicle
fame then I'd much prefer that over dark blue. If 'dark green' turns out to be
regular old baseplate green, then I'm going to wish I'd voted for the actually
rare dark blue.
Any help appreciated, and thanks!

| (...) Yes, that dark green. Dark green in the range of dark red (found in RBR) or dark blue (found in Orient Expedition sets). Jake --- Jake McKee Community Liaison LEGO Community Development (20 years ago, 6-Jun-04, to lugnet.lego)
