The seller has 15 of them! And the seller appears to have a track record of selling multiple copies of CDs and DVDs. Doesn't sound like someone selling off a few odds and ends from home. I tried to email LEGO about this, had to go through the web forms, then got an email back telling me I had to basically go through exactly the same web form process again, but start from the Factory (...) Using my contacts within the LEGO Factory team I have been able to determine that all train parts (Motor and Track) are from the 9V system not the new IR system.
