Yes, and LPub obviously. A rotation step is like a step, but it also rotates
the model about the origin, which has the same effect as changing the camera
view angle. Rotation steps are wonderful, because you can have the view change
from step to step if need be. If you need to flip the model over, or around to
make the addition of a part visible, you just use a rotation step. When you end
rotation, everything goes back to the default view.

Yes, and no. It expects you to use rotation steps to rotate the model so you
get the effect you want. Relative to the rotation specified, LPub's angle is
hard coded.

Alas, I don't use LeoCAD. The nice part about using rotation steps is that the
view angle controls are *in the DAT* file.
