So...after all of the discussions, the Hagrid figure turns out to be a standard minifig head on a custom creatorfig body...the hair/beard is one piece, but made in such a way as to make it useless on anything BUT the Hagrid body...hmmm...along (...) Hmmm. Well, that makes the most sense of anything I've heard so far. The only other thing it could be is that maybe in the movie there is some sort of eerie effect used to make Snape more intimidating. After all, these sets are based on the movie, (...)
