Heya Aaron: I believe the "statue" is actually one of the ghosts living in Hogwarts. I forget the name right now, but it is a similiar character as the grey guy in Snape's Classroom ((URL) Well, he's not in the picture Lugnet has (if you look in (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-02, to lugnet.harrypotter)

Is the light grey statue (suit of armor) from Hogwarts Castle considered a minifig? I can't seem to find it in any of the set databases. Hello, I received my new steps, which are replaced with the correct orientation. But in the Letter, and I fear for legal reasons, they state: "I am happy to confirm that all the stair pieces, regardless of the rib orientation, are fully functional." (...)
