The US doesn't get catalogs like that. The only way to get spare parts packs
is to order them through Shop at Home.

| (...) However, some sets come with a small LEGO Direct catalog which is part of a S@H catalog. Certainly within the past few years, those have sometimes had some of the parts packs, though they have been dropping off. (25 years ago, 9-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)
