Yes, 100% correct -- it would mean no change to RTL whatsoever, except
perhaps crossposting in headers, which I'm beginning to think is inescapable
in the long-term due to the way caching NNRP servers work.
Anyway, yes, anyone could still read RTL from the server they currently use;
it would be moved here, just carried here just as it is already carried on
thousands of nodes around the net.
BTW, that reminds me of another advantage I forgot to mention -- if RTL were
hosted here, it would be a centralized place that anyone could access,
meaning that article-propagation delays would be eliminated for those
articles originating here by person A and read here by person B.
