(...) at both ends but is a straight cylindrical part, (very common) or the piece that connects to IT which only has one and is two rods with the ends bent down. if the latter, that is a pantgraph shoe. See this page: (URL) particularly the terms (...) (25 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)
