Hi
I've just acquired some of the parts for a set apparently numbered 9700,
including an instruction sheet that gives a useful illustrated inventory of the
contents (the illustration of the box shows a number of "TC-0"). These also
show a series of what look like work-sheets which go with the set, but sadly
these are not present. I have the blue attachee case with two internal trays,
but need to sort out the parts. From the inventory, it looks as if it should
have a light sensor, a couple of micro-switches, and lighting bricks - but I
doubt all those are present. It is also supposed to include 4 minifigs !
I cannot find anything about this on the various reference sites. Does anyone
know anything about this set? Age, original availabilty, current scarcity,
value?

| Set 9700 is probably a Dacta control centre kit of some kind, though I don't know which one. 9701 is the current "Control Lab Technology Building Set" and the other Dacta control kits are in that 97xx series. Kevin (25 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)
