This definitely exists, but the only set I know of that contains it
is the 6335, Indy Transport, which may not be available any more.

Don't know of any small sets. The Sheriff's Lockup, 6755, has 2. It's not
too expensive and has some good parts. Also the 5561, 4x4 Big Foot Model
Team set has a couple. Pretty expensive, but again, lots of good parts.
