Q:Best source of tiles?

I would like to bump up my assortment of tiles and am wondering what sets
have the best tile selection. I had been thinking a large number of small
sets may be best but after putting together a 4565 Frieght and Crane Railway
I wonder if breaking up a fewer number of large sets wouldn't be simpler
(plus macaroni bricks!).
If anyone else has put some thought into this subject I'd be interested in
hearing it!
