I don't have the US S@H catalog in front of me.
There are two promotions.
I believe the Happy Meal promotion starts 29 Oct and runs until
late in November... 22nd ?
The promotion where you get a free $11 set is available
now from S@H when you purchase $75 or more, and it must be done
before 30 November.
