    Road baseplates —Simon Robinson
   Has anyone ever counted how many styles of road baseplate are in existence? When I first came out of the dark ages I thought there were two: The new green ones and the old grey ones.      I've got about 8 different of the early grey roadplates that have islands and other "forks in the road". These are of the type without bikepaths/sidewalks. They came in 1980's racer, fire stations, police stations, public works sets, etc. When you (...) (25 years ago, 30-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)
