Well, I've finally seen it all.  Lego vs. Legos debate on Slashdot.

Huh?  This is TLG vs. LegOS, NQC, and reverse-engineering of the RCX.

Nothing (well, very little, and that's not even mentioned, just something
we're aware of) to do with the (im)proper use of of the LEGO trademark.

Well, after reading the part that DID inspire the post (the few geeks
debating the trademark) I decided to go back and grab the url for the
entire thread, thinking some people might not be familiar with
Slashdot and not be able to find the rest.

It's all essentially about Lego, right?  Would you have rather I not
posted it at all?

Guess I'd have to practice what I preach if I were to point out the
"if you don't have something nice to say ..." addage.

(...) My apologies. That scrolling-down thingy gets me everytime. (note to Todd: LUGNET's interface is much better than slashdot's) (...) No, I'm glad you posted it. I just missed the 'lego vs legos' part of what you pointed to. Steve (25 years ago, 30-Jul-99, to lugnet.general)
