(...) I hear you, Danny...! Not only technic sets, most of the medium-large sized System sets also had the cellophane window highlighting some of the sets' parts. (...) You're right, the boxes are definitely way too big for their contents. But in addition to the billboard qualities of a large box, they also help justify the price.
